Olam Agri is Recruiting for the Following Position:

• Position Title: Industrial Relations Officer
• Location: Bekoko
• Reporting To: HR Manager
• Employment Type: Permanent Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain positive industrial and labor relations
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Promote a culture of employee engagement and inclusivity
• Manage conflict resolution processes with professionalism and fairness
• Monitor employee performance and support continuous improvement
• Handle administrative relations with local authorities and law enforcement bodies

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in labor relations or a similar HR function
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
