ABOUT THE TEAM

The Human Resources team collaborates with every facet of the organization, driving success by effectively and innovatively managing personnel to meet present and future business requirements.

1. Executive Role: Our specialists excel in all aspects of people management, providing high-level strategic input into key business decisions.

2. Audit Role: We ensure that every area of the organization complies with legal requirements and follows best practices in employment policies and procedures.

3. Facilitator Role: We form close partnerships to support, advise, and enhance the capabilities of all organizational areas. We implement highly effective employment practices in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward Systems, Performance Management, and Health and Wellbeing.

4. Consultancy Role: Our team offers expert advice to the organization and its managers on all aspects of workforce management, employee relations, and performance.

5. Service Role: We ensure that the organization remains well-informed and equipped to navigate developments that impact employment matters. This includes changes in legislation and shifts in the characteristics of the labor market.
