Global Health System Solutions (GHSS) Cameroon is recruiting an Equipment, Maintenance and Calibration (EMC) Staff.
Job Description
Global acHealth Systems Solutions (GHSS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to finding innovative solutions that strengthen health systems in developing countries. Our aim is to improve the delivery of healthcare services and enhance surveillance of infectious, non-infectious, and neglected tropical diseases. We focus on four main areas:
- Strengthening public health laboratory systems and networks to improve healthcare delivery.
- Enhancing disease surveillance systems and supporting healthcare delivery programs.
- Conducting operational research to inform health decisions for better patient outcomes.
- Empowering youths to play an active role in health system improvement.
Our key partners include Ministries of Health, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Africa CDC, the MasterCard Foundation, and numerous bilateral organizations.
GHSS is currently looking for qualified, skilled, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions. The contract is for 1 year, renewable, with competitive and negotiable salaries.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- A Diploma or Certificate in any relevant technical field with at least 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 17025 and ISO 15189 is highly desirable.
