The Executive Assistant supports the Chairman/CEO by ensuring the efficient organization of their activities. This role serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Minimum: BTS in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Languages, or equivalent.
- Additional training in secretarial work or office automation is an asset.
- Experience: At least three years in a similar role.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, document management).
- Strong writing, reporting, and analytical skills (ability to summarize information and draft professional documents).

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
1. Executive Support to the CEO
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s agenda (scheduling meetings, organizing travel, setting priorities).
- Serve as the main contact point for messages and key communications.
- Draft, format, and proofread various business documents and correspondence.
- Organize document filing and archiving systems for easy access.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and business trips (logistics, agenda setting, and follow-ups).
2. Case & Project Management
- Gather critical information to assist with decision-making.
- Develop and update dashboards to track performance and ongoing projects.
- Oversee administrative and budget-related tasks for the General Management.
- Ensure proper internal and external communication, including company updates.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Manage the CEO’s communication channels (emails, reports, press releases, internal memos).
- Maintain and distribute internal and external communication materials (intranet updates, newsletters, presentations).
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, company departments, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth execution of corporate projects by coordinating with relevant teams.
4. Office & Administrative Management
- Monitor and coordinate Head Office activities as per delegation from the CEO.
- Supervise the office administration team and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Handle expense reports and financial documentation related to the General Management.
- Ensure a well-maintained and efficient workspace.

- Internal: CEO, Managing Directors, Department Heads, and Operational Teams.
- External: Clients, Service Providers, Suppliers, Government Institutions, and Business Partners.
