Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Lead the technical execution of interior fit-out projects, starting with two major initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to translate their requirements into actionable project strategies.
Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer
- Train and mentor local site teams to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Develop structured training programs to enhance employees’ skills in modern construction techniques.
- Establish technical guidelines to ensure knowledge retention and standardized processes.
Technical & Strategic Leadership
- Supervise all technical aspects of interior projects, including flooring, ceilings, furniture, electrical systems, and air conditioning.
- Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve execution efficiency.
- Introduce innovative materials, tools, and technologies to optimize project delivery.
- Collaborate with the CEO to define long-term business growth strategies.
Supplier & Procurement Management
- Source high-quality raw materials at competitive prices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure procurement strategies align with project needs and business growth objectives.
Administrative & Business Development
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial planning.
- Ensure full contract compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and contracts for new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in evaluating the technical feasibility of incoming projects.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Interior Design.
- 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or engineering.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), flooring, ceilings, and furniture manufacturing.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both clients and execution teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling and growing the business.
- Fluency in French and English is highly preferred.
