Yaoundé International Business School (YIBS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of its on-campus restaurant. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding dining experiences for students, staff, and visitors, while ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance
• Ensure consistent quality in food, service, and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning and promotions
• Create a welcoming and professional dining atmosphere

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Catering, or Business Management
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
