K Hotel Douala is calling for applications for the recruitment of a Sales Executive.
If you are passionate, motivated, and driven, this role is for you! As a Sales Executive at K Hotel, you will create memorable guest experiences through elite service and hospitality. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new clients and ensuring that our future guests receive the same world-class service that defines our brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about available services and prices, offering personalized recommendations to meet clients’ needs.
- Offer discounts and promotional packages with management approval to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee event bookings (banquets, rooms, hotel facilities) to ensure smooth coordination and availability.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless experience.
- Conduct market research and business intelligence to keep our services competitive.
- Expand the hotel’s client base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Assist with payment tracking for organized events, ensuring timely collection.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role (previous hotel experience is a plus).
- A Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (certifications like CRM are an advantage).
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid customer service approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales metrics and adapt strategies.
- Fluency in English is required.
