Scope of Responsibilities:

The Operational Excellence function is focused on identifying and eliminating the key obstacles that hinder effective strategy execution. Our aim is to streamline business processes, ensuring that operations are efficient and aligned with strategic priorities. By diagnosing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, we work to create an environment that accelerates performance and drives better overall business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization and Efficiency

  • Identifying and Resolving Derailers: Conduct in-depth assessments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that prevent the smooth execution of strategies. Develop and implement effective solutions to address these challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance core business processes to ensure they are optimized for speed, flexibility, and efficiency. This approach enables agile responses to evolving business needs.

2. Digital Tool and Telecom Integration

  • Tool Selection and Integration: Assess and implement key digital tools aimed at resolving performance issues across the organization. Select solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of the business.
  • Alignment with Operational Goals: Ensure that these tools support goals like process efficiency, data-driven insights, and easy adoption, empowering teams to perform better with minimal friction.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize digital tools to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and create a continuous feedback loop to refine processes.

3. Governance Framework Design

  • Streamlining for Value Creation: Identify and propose improvements to core processes that are critical for value creation. The focus is on making processes more efficient, clearly defined, and adaptable to shifting business demands.
  • Agility and Continuous Improvement: Develop mechanisms to regularly review and adjust processes, allowing the business to respond quickly to new insights, challenges, or opportunities, ensuring continuous value creation.

4. Fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture

  • Training & Workshops: Organize workshops and hands-on training sessions to help teams develop a mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools, fostering departmental collaboration and buy-in.
  • Sustainability: Implement systems to monitor and maintain improvements over time, ensuring lasting success and adaptability.
