Senior Inbound Raw Materials Planning Officer
UCB, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for a Senior Inbound Raw Materials Planning Officer to join his team.

Mission
Ensure the scheduling and forecasting of the right volumes of materials, goods, and products inbound from suppliers to meet production requirements while maintaining minimum safety stock levels.
Main Responsibilities
General & Task Management
- Schedule the supply of materials to meet production needs and safety stock levels.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate material delivery processes from supplier to plant.
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and ensure on-time material delivery, avoiding production disruptions.
- Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to meet demands efficiently.
Self-Management
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure the well-being of staff and visitors.
- Be assertive, optimistic, resilient, and open to change.
- Proactively contribute to the team’s success.
Profile & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
Certifications (Preferred):
- APICS, CPIM, CSCP, MRPT, CPM, NAPM, CAPIC, SAP, CPP, CIRM.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supplier management.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in monitoring production schedules and managing inventory levels.
