Join our Africa Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving cryptocurrency adoption within the Francophone market. You will lead performance-focused campaigns and contribute to shaping our brand presence in this region. Fluency in French is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new user growth by designing product offerings, implementing content marketing strategies, executing social media campaigns, and collaborating with affiliates.
- Develop and nurture strategic marketing partnerships, conduct channel experimentation, refine audience messaging, and ensure accountability for marketing spend.
- Lead integrated campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance measurement.
- Establish and expand a comprehensive approach to paid and organic experimentation, focusing on creative initiatives, app store optimization, and landing page optimization to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute retention marketing strategies, including lifecycle campaigns to enhance user engagement and loyalty.
- Contribute to shaping the Binance brand presence in key Francophone markets.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, generate actionable insights from data, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in Fintech, BtoC mobile, or community-driven brand/web3 environments.
- Demonstrate an execution-oriented mindset with the determination, drive, and resourcefulness to deliver results.
- Strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain, and technology.
- Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- A university degree in Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong coordination skills and a strategic mindset for effective marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with various online and offline marketing channels, including social media, community management, and event coordination.
- Proven track record in successfully growing and managing user bases in previous roles.
