Huawei Cameroon is looking for a Senior Wireless Product Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role in driving engineering excellence and supporting the development of cutting-edge wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and resolve engineering and maintenance issues, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Follow internal processes such as ITR, SD7.11, SD7.3, and Managed Service O&M procedures.
• Provide technical solutions and participate in pre-sales support and solution reviews to guarantee high program quality and delivery success.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of continuous experience in the ICT sector.
• In-depth knowledge of wireless network technologies including 2G, 3G, and 4G—with experience in both network maintenance and project delivery.
• Project management experience or certifications are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Alignment with Huawei’s corporate culture: ambition, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Cameroonian nationality required.
