Huawei is actively seeking a qualified Orange Money Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Cameroon. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving innovation and operational excellence in the mobile payment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the mobile money market to uncover business opportunities and support strategic development.
• Design, execute, and assess operational campaigns and initiatives.
• Understand the user journey, collect user and agent feedback, and recommend actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to align on and achieve annual business targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of operational marketing, including user engagement, event-based marketing, and offline promotions.
• High adaptability in working with new tools, systems, and environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities – from identifying issues to implementing effective solutions.
• Experience in designing and applying strategies to improve operational performance.
• In-depth understanding of Orange Money, its features, target audience, and market competition (e.g., Airtel).
• Keen focus on user feedback and continuous experience optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to interpret trends and improve decision-making.
• Alignment with Huawei’s values: ambition, resilience, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interaction with teams, customers, and partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of continuous experience in the mobile payment industry.
• Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Must be a Cameroonian citizen.
