Job opportunity: Marketing public relations officer

• Design and implement a practical periodic marketing plan to boost enrollment of the Nursery, Primary and Secondary levels.
• Performs research and analyses market trends, demographics and other relevant variables and provide direction to management for strategic decision making.
• Meet the expected annual enrollment targets for the Nursery, Primary and Secondary as set and approved by management.
• Improve the loyalty and continuous patronage of the education of the institution by existing parents and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, prepare programs and follow up on possible activities or events to enhance the enrollment and goodwill of the institution with adherence to the visions of management.
• Submit regular and monthly progress and follow up reports to managers for the evaluation approved programs on implementation.
• Create valuable and catching content to attract and covert target groups.
• Collaborate with all departments and provide useful orientations and contents to improve communication with stakeholders and target groups in order to promote the vision of management at all levels.
• Enhance consumer experience on all social media platforms and interactions with parents.
• Promote brand awareness
• Carry out prospection, and conduct follow up of all target groups, providing all relevant information about the institution and her standard of education and facilities available for all.
• Follow up and resolve all issues of copying and impersonating the school’s name, activities or dress pattern.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a First Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field.
• Extensive Marketing Experience with Proven Competence.
• Understanding of the Educational Sector
• Masters Research and Analysis
• Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Perfectly Bilingual (French & English)
• Good Writing and Public Speaking Skills
• Energetic, Creative, Dynamic, Pressure management and Multi – Tasking
