Lieu: Douala
MISSION/CORE PURPOSE
To ensure Fault free operation and maximum Service availability and Quality of the IN &VAS Platforms including but not limited to SDPs, CCNs, Voucher Servers, AIR Servers, as well as SMSCs, USSD, Voice Mail, CIS and other Value-Added Services through Regular Proactive Maintenance tasks and Close Network and Systems Monitoring.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with our sales team to develop and execute account strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all products and related technologies
- Maintain a current expert knowledge of all products and services
- Maintain a working knowledge of competitors’ products and services and of emerging trends in the collaboration industry as a whole
- Provides coaching and professional development to Account Managers in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Maintain a working knowledge of industry standards to leverage interoperability advantages of our solutions
- Create sales proposals and quotations
- Prepare model RFP’s and response to customer RFP’s / Bids.
- Conduct training and technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations ain concert with the sales team
- Effectively demonstrate our solutions and support evaluation/PoCs
- Provide input for development of new products and enhancement of current products
- Design end-to-end solutions that address a customer’s business needs
- Assist clients with ROI studies, budgeting and specifications
Staff Leadership and Management
- Ability to work in a team
- Responsible for self-learning and development with guidance from the Manager
- Accountable for meeting and prioritizing own targets / deadlines
- Provide information to the Manager on work accomplishments, individual / team challenges
- Lead team meetings and contribute on specialist / technical areas when required
- Review performance metric dashboards prepared on various performance metrics and provide input to the manager
Operational Delivery
- Generation of qualitative pipeline via permanent customer needs assessment via discovery visits and workshops
- Design, pricing and technical proposal writing of complex customer solutions
- Conduct Proof of concept, demo and deliver high quality presentations of solutions (or speak to customer events)
Job Specifications/ Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering degree preferable in Telecommunications or Computer science
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in selling IT solutions will be an advantage
- Experience in supervising others is an advantage
- Experience working in a medium organization
Training:
- Any project management or sales certification will be an advantage
