Bytes-Corp recrute actuellement un(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

• Assurer le support technique aux utilisateurs (niveaux 1 & 2)
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels
• Installer et configurer les postes de travail, imprimantes, outils Microsoft 365
• Réaliser des interventions à distance et/ou sur site

Profil recherché :

• Bac +2/3 en informatique (réseaux, systèmes, maintenance)
• Au moins 1 an d’expérience en support technique
• Maîtrise des environnements Windows et outils collaboratifs (Microsoft 365)
• Bon sens du service, rigueur, autonomie, réactivité
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités

RECRUITMENT – IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We are currently hiring an IT Support Technician to strengthen our team at Bytes-Corp.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users (Level 1 & 2)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure workstations, printers, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Perform remote and/or on-site interventions

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Bachelor’s degree (2- or 3-year diploma) in IT (networks, systems, maintenance)
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support
• Proficiency in Windows environments and collaborative tools (Microsoft 365)
• Strong service orientation, attention to detail, autonomy, and responsiveness
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
