As a vital member of our Housekeeping team, you’ll ensure the flawless execution of our laundry operations, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the laundry team to achieve peak performance.

Meticulously inspect all laundry and linens to guarantee impeccable quality.

Efficiently manage inventory and maintain control of laundry resources.

Mentor and train new laundry team members.

Prioritize safety and uphold stringent hygiene protocols.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel setting.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Comprehensive understanding of laundry operations and equipment (experience with Girbau equipment is a plus).
