STEM Higher Institute is currently recruiting lecturers and administrators who are passionate about shaping the future of young Cameroonians and international students.

To accommodate the expansion of our campuses and prepare for the upcoming academic year, STEM Higher Institute is actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our faculty team as lecturers or administrators in various fields, including:

• Computer Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Food Engineering
• Agricultural Engineering
• Biomedical Sciences
• Management & Trade
• 02 Secretaries

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in the relevant field
• Submission of a Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Presentation of a National Identification Card (NIC)

Responsibilities for the selected candidates will include:

• Delivering high-quality lectures and seminars to undergraduate students
• Developing and regularly updating course materials to align with industry standards and advancements
• Providing guidance and mentorship to students
• Engaging in scholarly activities such as research and publication
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs
• Performing administrative duties and participating in curriculum development

Our campuses are located as follows:

• Campus A: Adjacent to the Petrolex petrol station, Ndobo, Bonaberi-Douala.
• Campus B: Opposite the Omnisport stadium Bepanda, Douala.
