Beetle Heritage Holding lance une campagne de recrutement pour renforcer son équipe commerciale.

Beetle Heritage Holding recrute des Wholesales (Commerciaux terrain) dynamiques et orientés résultats pour plusieurs villes du Cameroun.

MISSION

Le wholesale assure la gestion et le développement du portefeuille client et développe les parts de marché de l’entreprise dans la zone couverte, il recrute et fidélise les nouveaux clients et assure la mise à jour des documents administratifs des différents clients.

ACTIVITÉS COMMERCIALES ET MARKETING

  • Assurer la distribution numérique et pondérée de l’ensemble des produits en portefeuille.
  • Assurer une couverture optimale des différentes routes de distribution.
  • Réaliser la veille concurrentielle.
  • Assurer l’activation des vecteurs de ventes (Qualité, Disponibilité, Visibilité, Prix, Promotion, Persuasion).
  • Être un ambassadeur des marques de l’entreprise et œuvrer pour le développement de leur notoriété.
  • Cibler et prospecter les clients potentiels.

COMPTABLES

  • Assurer l’exécution des recouvrements et le suivi des échéanciers de paiement…
  • Respect de la tenue des documents commerciaux et des délais de reporting (BC, BL, Facture…).

CONTROLES

  • Observer le respect scrupuleux des procédures de ventes.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Bonne connaissance des habitudes de l’open market,
  • Aisance à manipuler les fonds
  • Sens aigu du service et du contact (multiples interlocuteurs)

JOB OFFER IN DOUALA – (01) MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION PLANNER

MISSIONS

Material and production planner is a professional who manages the flow of materials and production processes to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. They bridge the gap between production planning and material procurement, optimizing inventory levels and production schedules to meet sales demand while minimizing costs.

Vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively to meet customer demands and business objectives.

DUTIES

  • Creating and managing production schedules, often using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems, to align production with sales forecasts and customer orders.
  • Determining the quantities of raw materials, components, and other inputs needed for production and ensuring their availability.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and preventing both shortages and overstocking of materials.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, considering factors like demand forecasts, material availability, and resource capacity.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and managing supplier relationships.
  • Assessing production capacity and identifying potential bottlenecks to optimize resource allocation.
  • Creating and managing detailed production schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and workflow planning.
  • Working with various departments (e.g., purchasing, sales, manufacturing) to ensure smooth operations. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline production processes.
  • They track production progress against schedules, identify and resolve production bottlenecks, and analyze production delays to improve efficiency and minimize disruptions.
  • Planners ensure that the manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and that the final products meet the required specifications.
  • Analyzing data, inventory reports, and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management systems, and planning mechanism software is often required.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Adherence to timeline for set goals

PROFILE :

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in production planning and development.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management systems, and production planning and supply chain principles.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • English is must

JOB OFFER IN DOUALA – (01) GROUP CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Activities :

  • Supervise all accounting, management, treasury and financial communication functions of the Beetle Heritage Holding SA Group;
  • Manage the company’s financial and budgetary strategy, investment policy and departmental development, with the aim of achieving competitiveness gains;
  • Install and define interfaces, configure and train employees in the optimal use of an ERP-type software package.

Team management

  • Supervise employees and departments responsible for financial and accounting activities;
  • Lead the function through decided issues, employee development and training.

Financial information

  • Prepare the budget in accordance with the strategic choices of the General Management;
  • Be the guarantor of the reliability of reporting: prepare monthly and quarterly results, analyze deviations from the budget and the previous year;
  • Produce financial statements for shareholders, legal authorities, the press, manage financial communications;
  • Design and write comments regarding company results.

General Accounting

  • Ensure the development of accounting procedures
  • Ensure the application of group procedures and accounting standards: define the methods of application then ensure the application of these standards and analyze the tax consequences;
  • Validate the accounting statements and the main closing choices;
  • Periodically produce summary financial statements: operating accounts, consolidated balance sheet, DSF, etc.
  • Coordinate the quarterly and annual consolidation of the group’s accounts

Financial management

  • Guarantee the security of financial flows;
  • Anticipate short and medium term external financing needs, develop financing plans, validate cash budgets;
  • Analyze, with the treasurer, cash flow monitoring and any deviations from forecasts.
  • Guide the General Management on the choices and methods of financing the activity
  • Search for financing adapted to the group’s needs
  • Ensure the optimal use of the group’s financial resources

Management control

  • Define the main guidelines for the controls and key indicators to be implemented and the reporting framework for general management;
  • Implement and improve procedures for managing and optimizing financial information flows and guarantee their reliability;
  • Prepare presentations to the control committee;
  • Ensure the production of the management control report;
  • Ensure the optimization of group costs.

Banking relationships

  • Search for the most suitable banking financial assistance;

  • Conduct financial operations such as fundraising, going public, carrying out an investment project (by merger or acquisition) or sale of shares.

Financial and operational due diligence

  • Conduct pre-acquisition audits, value assets on the transaction market;

Billing-collection

  • Guarantee the invoicing of products and services and the reduction of customer payment times by implementing an appropriate recovery policy;
  • Ensure strict compliance with sales procedures.

Credit control

  • Define the company’s credit policy in collaboration with the Sales Department.

Internal control

  • Ensure the existence and effectiveness of measures to reduce exposure to risks.

Technical skills

  • Mastery of different accounting and financial techniques (financing, investments, processes, performance measurement);
  • Mastery of the use of IT management concepts and tools;
  • Mastery of summary writing techniques;
  • English is essential (companies are often subsidiaries of foreign groups or have subsidiaries abroad).

PROFILE

  • Academic level : Bac + 4/5 minimum in Accounting Management/Accounting and Business Management/Business Administration
  • Additional training and/or qualifications : Perfect mastery of an integrated management system such as ERP, SAP, etc..
  • Professional experience : 10 years
