Job Offer – SITE WAREHOUSES SUPERVISOR

Department: Supply Chain

Missions:

• Responsible for daily management of all warehouse activities at the site.
• Oversee inventory handling, ensure operational efficiency, and organize reporting.

Main Activities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control.
• Organize and deliver timely reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.
• Monitor and manage warehouse space utilization and layout optimization.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and traceability of all materials.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to performance standards.

Profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in warehouse management (preferably in an industrial environment).
• Bilingual: Proficient in French and English.
• Solid understanding of industrial warehouse operations.
• In-depth knowledge of raw materials, item coding, and product descriptions.
• Strong skills in inventory analysis and stock optimization.

UCB is hiring  ENGINEERING SPARE PARTS OFFICER

Department: Supply Chain

Missions:

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring the stock of available spare parts.
• Ensure material availability for maintenance teams.

Main Activities:

• Ensure compliance in the reception of imported and local spare parts (inspection, quantity checks, reconciliation, SAP posting).
• Optimize stock levels and manage material issuance according to procedures.
• Ensure coding and accurate description of all items in the warehouse.
• Participate in designing the stock matrix and defining critical spare parts.
• Ensure replenishment of critical parts.
• Oversee addressing and organization of the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of all warehouse areas.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure data reliability in the management system.

Profile:

• Minimum of a 2/3-year technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Production Engineering) or Industrial Logistics.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in spare parts management or industrial warehouse operations.
• Bilingual: Proficient in French and English.
• Strong understanding of spare parts and the industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of item coding and description.
• Good knowledge of production equipment technologies (boilers, cold chain systems, production lines, generators).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence systems and SAP ERP software.
