Mission
As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead our Operational Excellence initiatives—driving Lean, Six Sigma and process-optimization projects that sharpen efficiency, cut waste and elevate productivity across the entire business. You will coach teams, lead data-driven audits and champion a culture of continuous improvement that propels us toward world-class performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & deploy best-in-class continuous improvement systems that align with corporate strategy.
- Audit processes using gap-analysis matrices; create and track action plans to close deficiencies and reach world-class benchmarks.
- Analyze data to spot trends, variation and “noise,” partnering with functional leaders to eliminate root causes and standardize best practices.
- Champion a CI mindset on the shop-floor—inspiring cross-functional teams to embrace change and sustain gains.
- Act as a business ambassador for Operational Excellence, ensuring benefits are realized and communicated across sites.
- Train and coach stakeholders on Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC) and performance-management rituals.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ proven success in a Continuous Improvement, Lean or Operational Excellence role.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CI/Lean software or ERP reporting tools.
- Excellent team-working, communication and time-management abilities; thrive under pressure while safeguarding confidentiality and deadlines.

MISSION :
Définir et mettre en œuvre la politique informatique de l’entreprise en cohérence avec sa stratégie générale et ses objectifs de performance.
ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES :
- Définir, en collaboration avec la Direction Générale, les orientations stratégiques en matière d’informatique et de télécommunications ;
- Élaborer la politique de sécurité informatique : identification des informations sensibles, évaluation des risques, proposition et mise en place de mesures appropriées ;
- Assurer une veille technologique et juridique sur les évolutions du secteur en matière de systèmes d’information ;
- Garantir la continuité et la qualité des services informatiques et télécoms ;
- Superviser la conception, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance du système d’information ;
- Superviser la rédaction des cahiers des charges, en veillant à leur conformité avec les besoins et orientations de l’entreprise ;
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires et fournisseurs de services IT.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :
- Formation Bac +5, idéalement en école de commerce ou d’ingénierie, complétée par un Master en gestion des systèmes d’information ;
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans à un poste à responsabilité dans le domaine IT ;
- Maîtrise approfondie des systèmes d’information et de leur évolution ;
- Excellente connaissance des normes de sécurité informatique et des enjeux liés aux risques globaux ;
- Capacité à définir des priorités stratégiques et opérationnelles, avec une aptitude à proposer rapidement des solutions adaptées ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
