Mission Principale

Sous la supervision de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI), l’Administrateur de Base de Données (DBA) est chargé d’installer, configurer, gérer, et maintenir les bases de données utilisées au sein de l’entreprise. Il assure la sécurité, la performance, la disponibilité, et l’intégrité des données tout en optimisant leur usage. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et d’infrastructure pour garantir une gestion fiable des bases de données.

Activités principales

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des bases de données.
  • Garantir la performance et l’optimisation des bases de données.
  • Veiller à la sécurité des bases de données.
  • Assurer la sauvegarde et la restauration des données.
  • Fournir le support technique et gérer les incidents.
  • Suivre et piloter les projets d’évolution des bases de données.
  • Effectuer une veille technologique continue.

Profil recherché

Formation

  • Niveau académique : Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Informatique, Systèmes d’information, ou domaine équivalent.

Certifications

  • Certifications sur SAP S4Hana et Microsoft SQL Server sont fortement souhaitées.

Expérience

  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans l’administration de bases de données, idéalement dans un environnement de production.
  • Une expérience avec les bases de données Cloud (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) est un atout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods across warehouses and production lines.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records (e.g., SAP).
  • Ensure compliance with inventory handling, storage, and documentation standards, including food safety protocols.
  • Support investigations of stock variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Test stock-related transactions to detect control weaknesses and non-compliance issues.
  • Report inventory risks (e.g., slow-moving or expired items) to the Internal Controller.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of BAC+2 in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
