- Élaboration et suivi budgétaire : Participer à la définition des objectifs financiers de l’entreprise.
- Analyse des performances financières : Analyser les résultats financiers de l’entreprise par activité, par produit, ou par projet.
- Prévisions financières : réaliser des prévisions mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles de l’activité.
- Contrôle des coûts : Suivre les coûts opérationnels de l’entreprise et veiller à leur optimisation.
- Gestion des risques : Identifier les risques financiers liés aux opérations de l’entreprise et proposer des mesures d’atténuation.
- Prévisions et reporting : Réaliser des prévisions financières (forecasting) en fonction des tendances du marché et des résultats historiques.
- Support à la prise de décision : Fournir des analyses financières détaillées pour les projets d’investissement, les nouveaux produits, ou les expansions.
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse financière et de contrôle de gestion (ERP, Excel, Power BI, et tout autre logiciel)
- Bonne connaissance de la comptabilité, des normes FRS et des réglementations financières
- Capacité à interpréter et à analyser des données financières complexes
- Connaissances en Analyse financière
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements
- Diplomatie et capacité à gérer des situations de tension liées aux résultats financiers Maitrise des logiciels (Pack MS Office, Sage paie, Sage comptabilité)
