Brite Academy Higher Institute is a renowned educational establishment that provides a diverse array of HND programs across multiple fields. As an esteemed educational institution devoted to delivering superior higher education, BAHIB is in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Rector.

SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the institute.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the institute.
• Enhance the institute’s reputation through active engagement with the academic community, industry, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Represent the institute at conferences, seminars, and other professional events.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Hold a Master’s degree, but having a Doctoral degree would be an advantage.
• Experience in running or leading a startup company, particularly in the higher education sector.
• Demonstrate skills in Entrepreneurship and Educational Leadership.
• Have an illustrious track record of academic and research accomplishments.
• Possess proficiency in both written and verbal English and French.
• Hold prior administrative experience in a higher education environment, preferably in a leadership position, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate familiarity with accreditation processes and quality assurance frameworks.
