The Team you would be a part of:

The EasyBuy Direct Sales team represents Sun King’s consumer-facing division for pay-as-you-go (PAYG) sales. This team oversees the recruitment, supervision, and management of numerous sales agents, known as “Energy Officers,” who promote and market Sun King’s PAYG solar solutions. These agents also deliver ongoing customer support within their designated regions. Using the EasyBuy PAYG solar model, customers have the option to acquire a Sun King solar home solution by providing a small initial payment and settling the remainder through scheduled installments.

About the Position:

The role of the Sun King Store Executive is to ensure that the Sun King Stores in the designated area achieve their performance objectives, both in terms of quality and quantity.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Inventory Management
  • Oversee stock reception and maintain inventory records sourced from the warehouse.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) standards for stock issuance.
  • Dispatch stocks according to demand.
  • Keep stock cards updated and accurate.
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of Goods Received and Goods Issued online.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collect and consolidate faulty stock for disposal.
  • Conduct monthly stock audits.
  • Manage all spare parts inventory and initiate re-orders as needed.
  1. Reporting
  • Generate daily reports detailing current stock levels and share with the team.
  • Provide reports on daily stock issuances for replacement or replenishment purposes.
  1. Repairs and Spare Parts Management
  • Take charge of repair tools and tool kits.
  • Perform basic checks on faulty units before replacement.
  • Carry out basic repairs on units covered under warranty.
  1. Store Management
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy store environment, ensuring shop floor arrangement aligns with SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) standards.
  • Keep the repair work bench orderly and neat.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent hazards at the workbench.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers as required.
  • Identify technical issues with faulty components and determine warranty eligibility through technical evaluations.
  • Support Energy Officers and collaborate with the Call Center to resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications and Attributes

  1. Education and Experience
    • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
    • Possess at least 2 years of practical experience in a service center environment.
  2. Skills and Characteristics
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to interact positively with people.
    • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Sun King products.
    • Show integrity with a proactive and optimistic approach.
    • Display a strong customer-centric focus.
    • Work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility.
    • Have proven experience in report writing.
    • Excel in data management and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Be proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
