Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with government entities and enterprise customers at various levels, including meetings with ministries, commissions, and CXOs. Organize workshops and summits to gather customer insights and present Huawei’s solutions to senior decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and acceptance of Huawei’s recommended solutions.
• Prepare and present high-quality engagement materials, including case studies, analysis, and recommendations, to influence customer decisions and secure buy-in for Huawei’s consulting solutions.
• Stay up to date with global trends in smart cities, smart government, and digital energy to understand the opportunities and challenges in these industries.
• Collect and analyze a wide range of data from both internal and external sources to identify business and marketing challenges faced by customers.
• Develop tailored business and technology solutions to address customer needs and problems while considering their capabilities and budget constraints.

Key Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in the government or enterprise sector, with at least 3 years in a director-level role, preferably in the Middle East or North Africa.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Power/Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior customers and influence decision-making in both business and technical domains.
• Strong analytical abilities to extract valuable insights from data and present them in clear, logical frameworks.
• Excellent research skills to gather, validate, and organize information from various sources.
• Willingness to travel across the CEMAC region and adapt to different cultural and professional environments.
