Huawei is currently hiring a highly skilled Engineering Inspection Manager to strengthen our engineering delivery oversight. This role supports risk assessment, inspection, and quality improvement across our engineering operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a support lead to the D&S President, assisting in the identification and correction of risks within the engineering delivery sector.
• Conduct detailed analysis of authenticity risks related to engineering projects. Respond to inspection requests from regional leaders and business directors.
• Lead and execute engineering inspection projects according to established timelines and quality standards. Ensure timely closure and comprehensive reporting of each inspection project.
• Track and summarize authenticity issues within the region and assist in updating the global authenticity risk map.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent learning capacity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English (working language); fluency in both English and French is required.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally or take up overseas assignments.
• Proven background in engineering delivery, project audits, inspection, maintenance, or related functions.
• Prior roles in Product Delivery (PD), Technical Delivery (TD), Solution Architecture (SA), or departmental leadership positions.
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience at Huawei.
• Nationality: Must be a Cameroonian citizen.
