Job opportunity 2021 : QA lead engineer

Diool is a mission driven company built to make financial transactions easier for businesses with an innovative platform that can be quickly and seamlessly integrated with a companies’ existing workflows.

We are a remote first company with team members across the world and 3 offices in Europe and Africa. Our R&D center is located in Tunis.

As a QA Lead Engineer, you will be joining Diool’s product team of dynamic software architects, senior and junior developers and be the development referent for several modules of one the fastest growing fintech solutions in Africa.

Requirements

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

• Clear and efficient QA process based on agile methodology
• Detailed test reports

Requirements

• Proven work experience in software development
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
