Yaoundé International Business School (YIBS) is on a mission to shape the next generation of forward-thinking professionals. As we continue to expand and strengthen our academic community, Yaoundé International Business School (YIBS) is looking for passionate, driven, and qualified individuals to join our team. We welcome applications for the following key positions:

1. Academic Affairs Coordinators

(Two Full-Time, Permanent Positions)
School of Management, Accounting, Business & Finance
School of Computer Engineering

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs in line with YIBS’s strategic objectives.

• Ensure effective curriculum implementation and alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards.

• Foster academic excellence through faculty collaboration, research development, and student engagement.

• Promote cross-disciplinary initiatives and educational innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (PhD preferred): Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, or higher education administration.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• A strong commitment to academic quality and student success.

2. Lecturer – Mathematics & Statistics

(One Full-Time, Permanent Position)

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact instruction in Mathematics and Statistics at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Develop and update course content using innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies.

• Engage in research activities, publications, and academic events to support YIBS’s scholarly advancement.

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students; contribute to departmental initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field (PhD strongly preferred).

• Proven experience in teaching at the tertiary level and a record of scholarly activity.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a dedication to academic excellence.

3. Part-Time Lecturers

(Multiple Openings)

Fields:

• Management, Business & Finance

• Computer Engineering

• Hotel Management

• Fashion, Clothing & Textile

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized and engaging lectures in the assigned subject area.

• Support curriculum development and student mentoring.

• Optionally contribute to research and applied projects.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field (PhD preferred for senior teaching roles).

• Previous teaching and/or industry experience is highly valued.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring learners.
