We are hiring on behalf of our client:
- Position: Procurement Officer – Grain (H/F)
- Location: Douala, Cameroon
- Sector: Agri-Food Industry
We are seeking ONE (01) Procurement Officer – Grain (H/F) to join our client’s team in the agri-food sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient sourcing of products and services that align with the company’s objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Procurement Strategy & Coordination:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy in collaboration with senior management.
- Oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Operational Tasks:
- Identify and select suppliers based on the company’s strategic needs.
- Negotiate key aspects such as costs, quality, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Support management by advising on procurement policies, and helping set objectives focused on optimizing costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any supplier risks.
- Ensure a smooth supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery to the relevant departments.
- Monitor and track procurement performance through relevant KPIs and activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and oversee contract execution.
Supplier Relations & Monitoring
- Source and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and consultants.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure alignment with machinery and other product specifications.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring the best commercial terms and prices.
- Track and ensure compliance with the annual budget.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in a plant or similar environment.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, and proficiency in SAP or other relevant certifications is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data reporting and analytics.
- Demonstrated negotiation and cost management skills.
- Must possess high standards of integrity and be customer-focused.

Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients dans le domaine financier un Responsable Marketing motivé et expérimenté.
Missions principales :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing d’acquisition orientée vers la génération de prospects qualifiés ;
- Adapter et déployer un mix marketing spécifique à chaque segment commercial (produits, services, canaux) ;
- Collaborer avec le Directeur commercial et les autres départements pour définir et ajuster les stratégies marketing par segment et produit ;
- Encadrer et accompagner votre équipe pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs fixés ;
- Superviser les activités du Centre de Relation Client pour garantir une satisfaction optimale ;
- Réaliser des analyses concurrentielles (benchmarking) afin de positionner favorablement les produits et services de l’entreprise ;
- Assurer le reporting régulier de vos activités tout en veillant au respect des processus internes.
Profil recherché :
- Diplômé d’un Bac +4/5 en Marketing et Communication ou en Gestion ;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion commerciale, pilotage de projets et management d’équipes ;
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais ;
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de web analyse ;
- Solides compétences en segmentation et techniques de vente ;
- Expérience en conception et lancement de produits ;
- Aptitudes confirmées pour le management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
