Qualifications
- Possess a Master’s degree in Communications, Advocacy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of experience in Communication or Advocacy roles.
- Demonstrate exceptional English writing skills alongside proficient French language abilities.
- Exhibit adaptability in working within international and multicultural settings.
- Display comprehensive knowledge of advocacy issues and strategies, with experience or familiarity with African and international associative networks.
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication prowess, including report drafting, to produce professional-grade documents for national and international audiences and engage in policy discussions.
- Exhibit outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities to foster productive partnerships with colleagues, government officials, partners, community members, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Embody a positive and dynamic attitude conducive to effective team collaboration and project execution.
- Possess strong organizational skills and work methodology, capable of prioritizing tasks, coordinating team efforts, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role’s requirements.
