- Recruit and maintain a team of at least 40 Sun King Energy Officers within the designated area. Utilize various channels to identify suitable candidates for selling Sun King EasyBuy products, leveraging local influencers such as village leaders, educators, religious figures, healthcare providers, farmers, and others as applicable. Cultivate a positive reputation for Sun King’s mission to deliver clean, affordable, and dependable energy solutions in their communities.
Training and Development of Energy Officers
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for Energy Officers covering multiple facets of the business, including sales techniques, collections procedures, product knowledge, technical aspects, inventory management, and logistics. Ensure rigorous supervision of Energy Officers, demonstrating the utmost professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in customer interactions.
Clarifying Roles and Responsibilities for Energy Officers
- Provide clear guidance to Energy Officers regarding their daily responsibilities, sales and collections targets, assigned routes, and objectives. Ensure that Energy Officers are equipped with designated sales areas, proficient product demonstration skills, confidence to address basic customer inquiries on-site, and consistent access to support from the Area Business Manager.
Regular Field Engagement
- Maintain weekly contact with each Energy Officer through in-person meetings, customer interactions within the area, or remote communication. Address any challenges encountered by Energy Officers promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Regional Business Manager on a weekly basis. Facilitate joint sales activities with Energy Officers for their initial five sales to ensure comprehension of core sales and collection processes.
Collaborative Fieldwork with Energy Officers
- Conduct collaborative field visits with groups of Energy Officers on a weekly basis to deliver sales and collection training and boost engagement. Activities include evening and market activations, community visits, engagement with self-help groups, retail center visits, and participation in local events to drive group sales and enhance community outreach.
