Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales, distribution, and sales programs for data analysis.
- Handling salesforce incentive data.
- Implementing and updating reports.
- Sharing reports with the Sales Department to aid in analysis and decision-making.
- Generating recommendations aligned with objectives.
- Overseeing the treatment of trade loyalty program data, analytical follow-up, setting back-office objectives, and managing customer incentives and follow-up.
- Transmitting computed TPL objectives to the Trade Marketing Department.
- Collaborating closely with the Trade Marketing Department on sales achievements versus objectives and incentive payments.
- Conducting continuous and thorough analysis of sales, distribution, and trade loyalty programs to contribute to proactive management decision-making.
- Providing timely and effective responses to inquiries from Sales and Trade Marketing teams regarding data treatment, trade loyalty program reports, and follow-up.
- Demonstrating a customer-oriented aptitude and attitude to promptly and efficiently address internal and external stakeholders’ needs.
- Gaining market insights through field knowledge and regular communication with Area Leads and the Trade Marketing Department to provide analytical support and proposals for business and sales distribution development.
- Supplying daily/weekly/monthly sales and distribution reports, as well as trade loyalty program analysis and reports to management.
