Carlcare Sarl is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of the hotline and strive to meet objectives.
  • Ensure customers’ contentment with the services rendered.
  • Detect issues, resolve them effectively, and relay feedback to customers, aiming to convert them into satisfied clientele.
  • Foster stronger connections between the company and B-to-B clients through regular interactions.
  • Investigate cases of dissatisfaction to pinpoint underlying causes and rectify them for enhanced satisfaction in Central Africa.
  • Lead and execute service procedures, including device reception and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction with reception services.
  • Manage evaluations of Carlcare Services within the application.
  • Supervise trainers’ activities and consistently assess the quality of training delivered to service center and hotline personnel regarding our offerings.
  • Track trainers’ adherence to weekly and monthly schedules, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Accomplish additional assignments assigned promptly by the Central Africa Region Manager or HQ-User Experience Department.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in overseeing customer experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing customer satisfaction.
