Carlcare Sarl is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the hotline and strive to meet objectives.
- Ensure customers’ contentment with the services rendered.
- Detect issues, resolve them effectively, and relay feedback to customers, aiming to convert them into satisfied clientele.
- Foster stronger connections between the company and B-to-B clients through regular interactions.
- Investigate cases of dissatisfaction to pinpoint underlying causes and rectify them for enhanced satisfaction in Central Africa.
- Lead and execute service procedures, including device reception and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction with reception services.
- Manage evaluations of Carlcare Services within the application.
- Supervise trainers’ activities and consistently assess the quality of training delivered to service center and hotline personnel regarding our offerings.
- Track trainers’ adherence to weekly and monthly schedules, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Accomplish additional assignments assigned promptly by the Central Africa Region Manager or HQ-User Experience Department.

- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in overseeing customer experience.
