MOUNTAIN HUB is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to support his growing team.

- Employment Type: Full-Time (6-month contract, with potential extension based on program funding)
- Start Date: February 1, 2025
- Salary: 100,000 XAF/month
About Mountain Hub
Mountain Hub’s Iknite Space Cohort is a cutting-edge training program designed for aspiring designers and software engineers in Buea, Cameroon. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talented graduates and opportunities in the global tech industry by providing advanced skills, modern tools, and invaluable practical experience.
Since its launch, the program has empowered numerous individuals, many of whom have overcome significant barriers to accessing the latest technologies and career pathways in tech. With Cohort 4 set to launch in February 2025 and welcoming 10 trainees, we are committed to creating an even bigger impact.
To achieve this, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations and foster a collaborative environment among trainees, volunteer mentors, and the Mountain Hub team.
Key Responsibilities
Program Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the Iknite Space Cohort training program.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the program schedule, ensuring seamless execution of all activities.
- Coordinate logistics for online learning platforms, including reliable internet access for trainees.
Trainee Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, offering guidance and addressing concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress by tracking assignment submissions and participation in program activities.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain consistent communication with volunteer mentors, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Collaborate with Mountain Hub staff to deliver a high-quality program experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in program coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with online learning tools and platforms is a plus.
- Passion for supporting education and professional development in technology.
