About the Role

Agric-Hub Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join its growing team. This dynamic position combines both office-based and fieldwork responsibilities, offering the chance to work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager in driving the company’s growth and operations. As part of your role, you’ll contribute to developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the team achieves its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you’ll take on tasks that help the team reach its goals. These include:

  • Lead generation: Identify potential clients through networking and market visits.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and food processors.
  • Negotiating contracts and successfully closing sales deals.
  • Managing customer accounts and providing ongoing support.
  • Coordinating product collection from farmers and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Updating procurement and other operational tracking sheets as needed.
  • Achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualifications (Advanced Level + experience).
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a professional environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Skills You’ll Need

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and strong goal-oriented mindset.
  • Effective in both oral and written communication.
  • Respectful, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Honest, committed, and resilient.
  • Fluent in English (French language skills are an advantage).
