Job Summary:

We are in search of dynamic and outcome-oriented Sales Representatives to facilitate patient referrals from general practitioners and medical specialists to our medical center. The successful candidate will be accountable for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, recognizing opportunities for business expansion, and collaborating with the clinical and operations teams to implement effective marketing strategies. They will also play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns to promote the services and specialties provided by the medical center.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and Fostering Professional Relationships with Physicians:

    Initiate meetings with general practitioners and medical specialists to establish and cultivate professional connections. Educate healthcare professionals about the comprehensive range of services, specialties, and facilities offered by the medical center. Emphasize the advantages of partnering with the medical center for patient referrals and consultations, underscoring the high quality of care and expertise available.

  2. Patient Referral and Exploration:

    Identify potential opportunities and suggest areas for exploring patient referrals, aligning with the medical center’s specialties and clinical proficiency. Actively seek potential referral sources and create networks with healthcare providers to broaden the referral network. Engage in strategic dialogues with healthcare professionals to discover new referral channels and advocate for the benefits of patient consultations at the medical center.

  3. Collaboration with Clinical and Operations Teams:

    Collaborate closely with the clinical and operations teams to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies geared towards increasing patient referrals. Offer insights and feedback to the clinical team to tailor services to the requirements of referring physicians and their patients. Work in conjunction with the operations team to ensure smooth referral processes and enhance overall patient experiences.

4. Implementation of Marketing Campaigns:

Contribute actively to devising and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the medical center’s services and specialties. Play a role in generating promotional materials, organizing events, and launching initiatives to attract new patient referrals. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Sales Expertise:

    Demonstrated track record in sales, with an advantageous background in medical sales (though not mandatory). Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with healthcare professionals, establish relationships, and articulate the value of the medical center’s services. Take initiative and maintain a proactive approach in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business growth and expanding patient referrals.

  2. Collaboration and Adaptability:

    Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operations departments, to align strategies and achieve shared goals. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.

Work Environment and Schedule:

The Sales Representative will operate in both office and field settings, engaging with healthcare professionals in their practices, medical facilities, and at medical conferences or events. The role demands flexibility in work hours to accommodate meetings with physicians and specialists.

The chosen candidate will hold a crucial position in nurturing alliances with referring physicians, discovering fresh business prospects, and actively participating in formulating and implementing focused marketing strategies to showcase the medical center’s services and specialties.
