Position: Medical/Social Media Administrative Assistant

Serenity Medical Center seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in the role of Medical/Social Media Administrative Assistant. This role is integral to the success of our medical practice, as the selected candidate will be tasked with providing administrative support to our medical staff while also managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations, as well as coordinate medical staff schedules.
    • Welcome patients, handle phone calls, and address inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
    • Aid in billing and coding tasks, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
  2. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to showcase the services and expertise of Serenity Medical Center.
  • Craft engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor and engage with comments and messages on social media, cultivating a positive and interactive online community.
  • Track social media metrics and deliver regular reports on the performance of our social media initiatives.

3. Marketing Assistance:

  1. Collaborative Content Development:

    Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to craft engaging promotional materials, encompassing brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.

    2. Outreach Event Coordination:

    Aid in the planning and execution of various community events, health fairs, and outreach programs to bolster awareness about Serenity Medical Center.

4. Administrative Support:

  1. Office Supply Management:

    Monitor and manage inventory levels of office and medical supplies, facilitating procurement when necessary to ensure seamless operations.

    2. Event Coordination:

    Take charge of coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring their smooth execution and success.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

    Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.

  2. Experience:

    Preferably possess prior experience in a medical office environment, administrative role, or social media management.

  3. Technical Proficiency:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  4. Communication Skills:

    Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English, fostering professional interactions with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
