The Human Resources team at MTN serves as an integral partner to all facets of the organization, spearheading success through effective and innovative people management to address both present and future business imperatives.

The Human Resources team fulfills several key roles, including:

  1. Executive Role: Specializing in all facets of people management, offering strategic input at the highest level in shaping key business decisions.
  2. Audit Role: Ensuring organizational adherence to legal regulations and best practices in employment policies and procedures.
  3. Facilitator Role: Engaging in close collaboration to bolster and advise all organizational areas, enabling them to achieve their objectives through the implementation of highly effective employment practices encompassing Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, and Health and Wellbeing.
  4. Consultancy Role: Providing expert guidance to the organization and its managers on various aspects of workforce management, employee relations, and performance enhancement.
  5. Service Role: Ensuring the organization remains fully informed and equipped to navigate developments impacting employment matters, such as legislative changes and shifts in labor market dynamics.
