The Human Resources team collaborates with every facet of the organization, playing a pivotal role in driving success through effective and innovative people management strategies tailored to current and future business requirements.

Key functions of the Human Resources team include:

  1. Executive Role: Providing specialized expertise in people management, offering strategic insights into key business decisions at the highest level.
  2. Audit Role: Ensuring organizational compliance with legal regulations and best practices in employment policies and procedures.
  3. Facilitator Role: Partnering closely with various departments to enhance their capabilities and achieve objectives through the implementation of highly efficient employment practices, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, Health, and Wellbeing.
  4. Consultancy Role: Offering expert guidance to the organization and its managers on workforce management, employee relations, and performance optimization.
  5. Service Role: Keeping the organization informed and prepared to address developments in employment matters, such as legislative changes and shifts in the labor market landscape.
