Key functions of the Human Resources team include:

  1. Executive Role: Providing specialized expertise in people management, offering strategic input into key business decisions at the highest level.
  2. Audit Role: Ensuring organizational compliance with legal regulations and best practices in employment policies and procedures.
  3. Facilitator Role: Collaborating closely with various departments to enhance their operational effectiveness through the implementation of robust employment practices in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, and Health and Wellbeing.
